Before Stan "the Man" and
"King" Kirby spun stories of super heroes, they told the tale of a
young frontiersman who, after his Uncle Ben Bart was
killed at the hands of outlaws, made it his mission to
bring justice to the town of Rawhide. Collecting RAWHIDE KID #17-25.

How come Dick "the Ace" Ayers is not credited on the cover? Is that any way to treat a legend?
As a kid, I turned up my nose at all westerns, but now as an adult, I appreciate the figure work and unique artwork of Jack Kirby, even in the westers. It's ALMOST worth it for me to invest in a copy of these Rawhide Kid collections, just to taste some more undiscovered Kirby magic! Soooooo temtpted.... thanks for calling it to our attention!
