  1. Even then Everett could bring out the best in Kirby. Something not seen until Giacoia and Sinnott in 64 and 65 respectively. Kirby immense growth in that period had a lot to do with that, though. In Everett's case it was something more. He and Syd Shores could really bring out the best in Kirby.
